02 / What we do
Two kinds of work, one way of working.
Residential
Homes and interior fit-out. We carry the project from the first floor plan through the drawings and onto the site, so the design survives the build.
Residential design-buildWarehouse & industrial
New construction, expansion, and layout planning for warehouse space. We plan around how the space is used — racking, circulation, and the work that happens inside it.

One team, from scope to turnover.
Consult & scope
We meet, walk the site where there is one, and agree on what the project has to do. You leave with a defined scope and a written budget to work from.
Design & document
We develop the design and prepare the full drawing set, then run a constructability review so the documents match how the work will actually be built.
Build
Our crew executes the work on schedule. The people who drew the details are the ones directing the site, so questions get answered in hours, not weeks.
Turnover
Final walk-through, punch list closed, and the building handed over with the documents you will need to own, operate, and maintain it.

A design-builder, not a referral chain.
Capstone Designo/Build is a licensed design-builder based in Irvine. The degree behind our drawings is an education credential — we do not hold, and do not claim, architectural licensure. What we do hold is the construction license that puts us on site, and the drawings that keep the build predictable.
Because the same firm designs, documents, and builds, the hand-offs that stall most projects never happen here. One contract, one schedule, one point of responsibility.
